IF YOU RECALL... like 2-3 months ago P*rnHub deleted a YUGE chunk of its library by removing videos uploaded by "unverified" uploaders. firstly BASED GloboHomo BTFOing Coomers! but secondly, that's rather alarming. If a site as well known and socially accepted as P*rnHub can just *poof* make nearly 10 million videos dissappear, what does that mean for other mainstream content aggregators? Apparently, this decision was made because some underaged broads had videos uploaded without their consent. (pretty vague, I mean, Twitter had some CP uploaded, and they didn't ban all verified users, they just banned the CP.) PERSONALLY, I think this decision was made so that Big P*rn™ can squeeze more money outta coomers. LIKE I said before, this happened months back, but I was reminded of it when the streamer (MODERN cattle word, avoid using) Egg White was talking bout shit that's been deleted. HE'S also talked about the importance of archiving shiz, since stuff is being slowly scrubbed away. (As a feller targeted by glowies and journos, Egg White knows about inderned censorship better than MOST) THIS HAS brought the idea of archiving shit back into my mind. Look at all the shit that's been altered and banned. They're apparently gonna stop publishing some Dr Suess b00ks because of waciss imagery. I 'member goin on /x/ lost media threads and according to anons, Tarrant's footage of the Christchurch shottin' has been scrubbed clean off the internet. Shiz like gone with the wind and other boomer shit is being scrubbed because its also waciss. I WAS THERE when cloudfare stopped hosting 8Chan cuz of Christchurch. It's crazy how quick and easy Big Tech™ can just *poof* delete what they want. I mean, it's rather obvious that they can do that, but seeing it happen is crazy. Think of all the shit that's slowly and quietly dissappearing because of "modern" tastes. It's rather frightening, methinks. PERSONALLY... I've been thinkin' about getting more hard drives and downloading shit that I would miss losing off the Net™.
